This very nice old lady teaches it.
Today she talked about how negative emotions is bad for you,
and how positive ones can save you from illnesses.
That's when I was thinking,
that I'm going to die so early at this rate I'm going.

I thought about sponsoring a child.
It shouldn't be too expensive, and it helps a kid born in a bad place.
Helping people brings happiness.
Sponsoring a child I don't know should give me that satisfaction.
I wouldn't expect anything more than 2 letters and a photo from her (I would like a daughter) anyway.
No expectation, no disappointment.
I'm a fucking genius for having this idea. Everyone should sponsor a child.

After days and nights of thinking about it,
I know what it is.
Once again I've gotten too hopeful.
I've learnt my lessons several times, but still I fell.
I was careful this time though, I give myself props to that.
