Not dead

Nop.
I'm still around.

Sorry for not updating.
I'm really lazy most of the time..

Before I begin,
http://kevan.org/johari?name=nkyj
and
http://kevan.org/nohari?name=nkyj !!
Although most likely you'll end up with a server full message.
Try to go in and do it anyway thanks-

---
Also,
there's this game here.
Some of you might have tried it and got your results already.
CLICK
It tests how steady your mouse hand can be.
It only accept test subjects who are young and healthy though.

That kind of gave it away didn't it.

Anyway I'm very sorry.
---

I promised an entry on my HK trip so here it is.
By the way I only got back to SF for less than a month.
Time passes so slowly here it's not even funny.
I miss HK, I miss my family.

Anyway.

Just kicking things off with this very-Disney Disneyland photo.
Not much to it really. I'm not a fan of Disney, but since it's in HK, I got to go.
Didn't pay for it either, sister-in-law paid for everyone. Yeah-

Taken on the train. I was quite tired. I just got off a 14hour flight.
The baby is my nephew. :)

Didn't expect to get any phone calls since I was one of the earliest to be in HK,
but somehow Johnson called. A few hours after I touched down.
Haven't seen him for almost 2 years and he made me guess who he was.
Quite freaky really.
Please don't play the "guess who am I heehee" game with me.
I'll hang up, or scold you if you're a guy.

This baby is my nephew. :)
He likes to sleep because he's a baby.
The moment he got onto the merry-go-round, he slept.
And when we left, he woke up.
Funny baby.
I like funny babies.
I like babies.

Ok this was taken from "New City" broadcast music award show.
Jackie got some nice front seats.
Too bad the show sucked. I think.
Firstly I'm not into HK's highly commericalized pop music industry where every song sounds almost the same.
Secondly in "New City" awards almost every singer that appears gets an award. What's the point of giving then.
Thirdly there were some very strange, outlandish singers who performed in between awards. And by outlandish I mean mainlandish.
One of them was very weird really.
She started with some crazy bull fighter dance.
Oh and she's kind of a tomboy by the way. I don't have anything against tomboys, but I hate tomboys who think and act as if they're real cool for some reason. Most tomboys I met are like that by the way. No, nothing against tomboys.
Anyway she was singing some English song, I think? Whereby I could only catch three words.
The rest were gibberish.
All the time her fans who came all the way from her area were roaring.
In the middle of the song came the highlight.
Whereby she kind of stepped back and started playing air violin.
What fuck?
And her fans were like AHHHHHHHhh.
Me and many did not understand the appeal of a tomboy singing gibberish and making violin actions onstage with a very straight face. But her fans sure did. Explained below.

What.

The rest of the audience were quite quiet during that performance,
or laughing their asses out like I did.

Jackie and I left before the show ended. I just couldn't stand it.

This was taken from a street show.
I really wasn't interested in anyone except Anthony Wong.
He's one of the very few artists in HK that actually gets involved in making good music, I think.
I know a lot of people who don't like him though,
those are usually people who like Twins and Boyz.
Enough said.

Nothing much to this one. Just a very nice bowl of beef-organs noodle.
I can't get sick of it, just like any other food in HK.

Street hawker. Many shellfish. I can't get enough of them.
Shellfish makes me stronggg.

My dad got two crabs of this size from some source and I made him hold it as I took this picture.
It's a fucking monster of a crab.
How can a 'flower crab' be so huge.
It's like the best of both worlds. Meaty and tasty woohooohaaa.
(I don't like big meaty crabs that's used for black pepper/chili/curry/etc. They taste nothing like crabs. Tasteless on their own.)

Heehee. <3 >

Not much to this one.
Just a typical night scene of HK habour.
Quite blur though. Sorry didn't have a tripod.

Lunar New Year flower market thing.
I think there were like 9238489237 people in there at any given time.
But it's worth it,
I got myself a mace.
That's my brother-in-law (or is it? brother's wive's brother.) beside me.
Knew him for a long time. Nice dude.

---
Ok I also went to Sabah, Msia.
Just a few photos.

Hmmm evening beach. Very nice.

Eh afternoon beach. Also very nice. We were on a small island actually. Very clear water with fishes swimming around you. Quite cute. Relaxing place.

Again some giant.
Giant mantis prawn.
Bad comparison of sizes here the hand was supposed to show that each zebra mantis prawn is longer than my dad's hand.
My dad won't go any closer he didn't want stitches.

Ok that's 16 photos. Should be enough.
I would post more but I don't really like to have too many pictures of my loved ones online for strangers and potential stalkers to look at.
So nah.

End of entry.

Oh. I'm taking Jepet on Saturday.
It's some sort of an argumentative essay test.
Wish me luck I really hope I pass.
If I recall correctly, I used to have trouble writing argumentative for my GE class.

ah if i recall correctly, my English sucks.
So wish me luck, thank you. ;)
