Tool

Y E S

I finally got to see Tool live.
YES!

I went alone!
How pathetic.
Ended up selling my 3 extra tickets to strangers.
Chatted with one of them before the show started
and he's pretty cool.
Anyway,

I was at section 105.
Wasn't too happy as it's a little far from the stage.
Well it's not bad, at least it's on the lower level.
But I wish I could be on the floor instead.
Yea sure I'll miss the graphics and effects on the ceiling if i were on the floor
but I'd rather be closer to the band.
The moshing was pretty bad at some areas on the floor though.
Sucks to be the people affected.

Isis was the supporting band.
Didn't listen to them before.
They played great, but I'm not too into the groaning vocal stuff.

Anyway here's the set for those who're interested...
whom I guess is nobody except Millie.
For some reason no one around me knows Tool, or likes Tool.
It's a real shame!

Stinkfist (extended)
The Pot

Jambi was fucking awesome, well like any other songs.
I could do away with Sober really, I'm a little tired of it.
Rosetta Stoned! God damn, shit the bed!
Right in Two was a pleasant surprise, even though it's not one of my favourite songs in 10,000 Days.
Ended with AEnema which was of course stunning.
I wish they had played Parabol+Parabola though.

Ok some pics i grabbed online from people who went to the show.

pretty nice green backgrounds.

forgot what song was playing for this pic.

omg lazers! lazers are always cool.

some lazers again.

nice. i like this one.

lighter scene during breakdown. looks like a lot of people smoke.

the end. i want more!

okay.
next time when Tool has a show nearby,
I'll buy one ticket instead of four.
Unless someone wanna go with me that is HAH!
